Good location

Posted Apr 24, 2017
We stayed one night. The room was clean but the hotel is old. Food and service were very good. However we went for dinner at 8, after the rush.

Easy access was nice.there

Posted Apr 16, 2017
Pros: There products in the washroom.
Cons: Breakfast, and chair in the room. Better isolation between rooms.
People friendly however made a couple mistakes, card blocked twice and had to go to the front desk. Price I found was to much money for what they had to offer.

Low medium. Bad bed. Clean, small, cheap. Won't stay again. Breakfast good.

breakfast was good. room was clean.

Pros: It was ok.
Cons: Signs for sure. Direction signs.
Location: I stayed here as it was near to the Airport. It was a business trip.
There were no signs in the building. It was like a maze with all of the additions. to me it was like the move the Shinning by Stephen King. Some signs and decorations would liven up the building. The Lady at the front desk blew through the instructions on how to get to my room and I had to slow her down. It was a nice clean room though and breakfast was great.

Thanks for your perspective on the signage. We'll walk around and find the areas that need more directions. We're currently preparing new photos for our hallways.

Comfortable room, good breakfast. Location is fairly central. There are a mall, fast food, State Capitol, museum and groceries within walking distance.

I won't go back there.

Pros: The accomodations were fine and the room was well stocked with incidentals.
Cons: Nothing other than what is implied above.
Location: Location was fine, but not near anything other than grocery stores and other motels.
The breakfast was okay, but I didn't like the fact that you had only three menu choices and any thing else would be an additional charge. The motel I stayed in previously had a free smorgasboard of breakfast items. Also, they tried to charge me with a $10 upgrade fee. I had not asked for that and when I protested and asked who had made such a request, they didn't give me an answer but just took the fee off my credit card.

I'm sorry you didn't think the breakfast menu was a good value or offered enough selection. The upgrade fee is offered to all of our guests at check-in. You booked an older room in our West Building and we upgraded you to a newer room in our Main Building. Since you felt that this wasn't explained to you well enough at check-in, we reversed the charged.

Good location, needs attention

Posted Mar 23, 2017
Jorgenson's needs to work a little harder for its customers. Clean enough, great location, but the internet didn't ever work, even after desk clerk reset it. That's a basic amenity. Also no kleenex in room and nearly bare walls. Good breakfast.

Not a great review because of the restaurant.

Comfortable.

Posted Mar 13, 2017
Pros: Restruant was in the main building where I stayed.
Cons: The room Expedia paid for was the budget section and detached from the main hotel. I paid an extra $10.00 for a nicer room in the main building.
Location: All services close by.
Enjoyed my stay in the main building as I paid an extra $10.00. The budget room through Expedia was not great. I will not use Expedia for my work. I could not get a receipt at the Motel..

We'll continue to work with Expedia to identify our older (budget) rooms from our newer building. It's one of the reasons we offer the cheap upgrade. You're always welcome to call us directly.

If you book online-you get up in the "budget" room

Posted Mar 11, 2017
The "budget" rooms are across the parking lot in a dark, unsafe area-people were outside my room smoking and yelling all night. There was garbage on the floor, the chair was torn up, the internet would not stay connected so I couldn't do my work , the ice machine was in the main building-again across a parking lot in a snow storm. Do not stay here
