The breakfast was okay, but I didn't like the fact that you had only three menu choices and any thing else would be an additional charge. The motel I stayed in previously had a free smorgasboard of breakfast items.
Also, they tried to charge me with a $10 upgrade fee. I had not asked for that and when I protested and asked who had made such a request, they didn't give me an answer but just took the fee off my credit card.

I'm sorry you didn't think the breakfast menu was a good value or offered enough selection. The upgrade fee is offered to all of our guests at check-in. You booked an older room in our West Building and we upgraded you to a newer room in our Main Building. Since you felt that this wasn't explained to you well enough at check-in, we reversed the charged.
