Work trip, im in town every two weeks.

Posted Jan 14, 2017
Well I thought I would try a different hotel on this trip. The reservation didn't go thru eight away so the desk clerk told me to go somewhere and come back. I did then she seem more interested of watching her tv show then me. I go to then room and can't find the tv remote , I look everywhere. I go to see same clerk and see gives me a paper with the tv codes on it and goes to find a remote from another room. Told me good luck. Over all the room was good.

Worst night ever!

Posted Nov 27, 2016
After a long drive and a huge test looming I was hoping for a quiet inexpensive stay. NOT at all what I got. Check in should have been a forewarning I am sure. After the guy tried to charge me even though I paid on expedia, he handed me two room keys, ACTUAL keys. I parked the car and walked by the 3 clowns smoking weed blocking the entrance to our room still hoping it was just a bad first impression. Once we got into our non-smoking room it was worse. The bathroom floor was covered in cigarette burns, went to turn the sheets back more burns. Oh, and did you know that 1 non fitted sheet is all you need on the bed? I mean 1 sheet wrapped around the mattress, 1 fake down cigarette burned comforter and the cover. No sheet.... As the shenanigans started from our now high doormen I got up to quickly lock the door.... BUT no locks on the handle, no safety locks, just 1 little deadbolt. So we get settled in after listening to the 3 men and 1 woman enjoy themselves for what seemed like forever. Until 12:30 when the 1st person tried breaking into our room to let him the f&*^ in. I picked up the phone to call the front desk no dial tone. Called from my cell phone no answer... Finally the neighbors let them in their room and they continued their fun. I went to the front desk no one was around. 2 more times our door almost gave in to the pounding and screaming, not 1 time did the front desk answer their phone. There were no other rooms under $150 left in town and after pay

Room not ready

Posted Oct 29, 2016 on Orbitz
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Almost everything, needs upgrading
Location: On a one way street, difficult to get back to hotel from locations in town.
There were no towels in the room, toilet paper rolls just about used up. Fridge was turned off with door closed and stank. No remote control for TV, coffee maker had coffee and water in it from previous guest and did not work, alarm clock did not work.

We were given a room which was occupied by other guests. When we went back to the front desk they just gave us a different room with no explanation or apology. The next morning when we were asked about our stay we mentioned the mix up and then received an apology.

Hotel has gone downhill since last stay.

Posted Oct 19, 2016
Pros: Large room.
Cons: Opened microwave and found burned food.
Location: Good location itch access o grocery store, fuel and restaurants!
Staff had 'careless' attitude. Stairwell dirty and actually smelled! Older tv unable to tune ballgame but clerk able to get in lobby! Will not go back although I have stayed there for number of years.

Not the cleanest

Posted Oct 18, 2016 on Hotels
Well, it was very outdated, which isn't the worst thing ever, but there were stains/burns in the carpet and there was a blood stain on a cord in our room. The room hair dryer started on fire when I tried to use it! The smoke smell in the hallways was very overwhelming. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. We didn't use the pool, but it was open 24 hours, which is nice for the kids. Large refrigerator in room was nice. Inexpensive place to stay.
