End of Vacation

Pros: The gentlemen at the front desk was polite and helpful.
Location: Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.
Our room, on the lower floor, was easy to access with the elevator. However, the mattress was hard and the pillow cases were not clean. The bathroom was beat up and should been redone. The parking lot was not well maintained as it was very icy and presented falling hazards.

Good location. Decent breakfast . Good restaurant next door. Clean towels and bedding. When I write a review I am not usually obligated to write a certain amount so if this is not enough I quit.

Not that nice, some sort of bugs in the room

There were small bugs in the room. Not good.The first room did not have hot water so the moved me to another. Later I found a couple small bugs in my bed.

Disgusting

Cons: Everything
Exterior doors were not secure, walls looked dingy, carpet coming up. Room-smelled, bed was warped, flies, not sanitized. Loud at night, uncomfortable.

Nice rooms! Clean, comfortable, great staff!

Pros: Room decor and friendly staff.
Cons: More choices for breakfast. Some decaf :)
Location: Great centralized location. Close to everything...restaurant next door within walking distance.
Was really impressed with the rooms and their decor. For an inexpensive place to stay this place was really nice and clean and the staff were super friendly. Had an issue with internet but was moved to a room where the issue was no existent. Very pleased with the quality for the price. Will definitely stay there again next time to Helena.

Don't be cheap like we were.

We stayed here for work. Upon getting to our room, we were quickly switched to another room due to the heater not working. That room it wasn't working in either, and the manager had to turn the breaker on and off. Fixed it. The edging in the bathroom was all tore up. There were holes in the wall, paint missing on the wall. The bathroom was dirty. The internet wasn't strong enough for my iPad, so no go there. In the hallway going to the stairs, the carpet was folded up. Literally UP so you could easily trip. The shower was luke warm at best. The service was ok. The workers were nice and the free breakfast was decent. Honestly? Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. This place needs finished or shut down. I won't stay here again.

Small and disappointing

There was trash in the trash can when we got here, the carpets are coming up in the corners, and the room was small and had a ton of furniture in it which made it feel claustrophobic. I'd rather not use this hotel again.

Rooms were ok - about what you would expect for the price. Breakfast was not as advertised - no omelets or gravy for the couple of biscuits in the pot.

Close to interstate 15

Its ok .has a good breakfast which is included. Parking lot was icy so didnt feel to safe walking in it.
