Waited at the front desk for 25 minutes (after ringing the bell 4x) before someone came to check me in. Hotel is sort of run down, but my room was very clean. Not a luxury stay, but was a cost-efficient place for a few nights. Convenient freeway access.

An O.K. motel close to our fishing lake.

Pros: Conveniently located for our needs.
Cons: nothing
Location: don't know.
We were looking for a reasonably priced motel that was close to our fishing destination. Basically a place to sleep since we arrived late each evening and left early each morning.

Very Disappointed...have stayed in a few Super 8's before, but this location had poor maintenance and didn't leave a good impression.

You get what you pay for

The room wasn't bad but there were no glasses or cups in the room. The overall cleanliness of the facility wasn't too good and the breakfast was bad. Wouldn't recommend.

Never again

Cons: Everything
If this had been my first experience with Super 8 it would be the last. Check in was slow, only one staff at the desk. Grounds were unkept. No locks on exterior doors. Furniture stacked in hallways. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Breakfast pastries were stale. Checkout was worse than checking. The building should be demolished and rebuilt.

Dirty and uncomfortable.

The hotel is under some sort of remodel, so the halls are blocked with furniture and construction stuff. The room I stayed in was dirty. The sheets were threadbare, the bed was very uncomfortable and super low to the ground. I've stayed in Super 8s elsewhere, and don't expect luxury, but this one was awful.

Pros: The bed was great and the breakfast saved us from finding a place to eat.
Cons: Needs updating. I feel the pet price for our little super well behaved little dog was very Excessive!
Location: We have stayed in Helena several times and everything is fairly close by.
I had my motels mixed up. Thought we were booked at Days Inn. My Apologies! Happens when you have limited Internet. Had a hard time booking and was flipping around. Once I got that sorted out we had a lovely comfortable sleep.

Making improvements, for the price is good

Cons: They can improve check in...seems to take longer than most hotels
Looks like they are renovating the hotel. The sheets did not feel clean to me. All else looks clean. It takes a little longer than usual to check in. Overall it's what it is expected for the price.

Outdated and dirty

I don't even know where to start. Maybe I should say the only good thing going for this hotel is that the room had a fridge, although the door didn't shut properly. Otherwise just filthy. I didn't want to breathe the air in the hallways and I wore my flip flops the whole time so my feet didn't touch the floor. I'm not generally a germophobe. The place is just disgusting.
