Maybe it's cause I'm used to Super 8 in Canada but this hotel was sub-par. All the side doors to the hotel had no locks. The staff was not friendly when checking in and seem confused when I asked for a cot. The halls were full of wardrobes or something and our room stank....

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations.
Please be informed every hotel in US or Canada they keep limited no of cots which is first come first served basis. Here at Super 8 has 10 roll away beds and they were all booked by no of guests in advance reservation. That is why the front desk agent looked confused to you how to accommodate your request.
Regarding security, we are doing the renovation and we were unloading the furniture from the truck by stocking in the hallway for temporary otherwise they is no security issue in our hotel. You must have noticed new carpets in all the rooms hallway and stairs.
I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
