Great for short stay

Just spent a night at the hotel, everything is good, friendly stuff, comfy room and good breakfast. The shuttle bus driver entertained us a lot, thumbs up for him.

Close to the airport

The hotel room at Novotel was clean; it had two twin beds, a fridge and a window looking out into the courtyard. The bed was comfortable, however the Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room, only the lobby. I ate lunch at the hotel restaurant, Le Primavera, I ordered the Pizza Con Pollo which was good at a decent price. The front desk staff service was decent, but not the friendliest. There is a free shuttle to the airport that departs every half hour. This was an expensive hotel for what you get, the main thing is that it is close the airport and good enough for a one-night stay.

Double beds mmmmmm

This hotel is one of the three hotels inside the airport, very convenient location but more expensive, breakfast buffet is great but dinner buffet isn't that good, I strongly recommend you to pay with card otherwise say goodbye to your balance, they'll try to keep your change, just like everyone else in Egypt, one last thing, when they say "Double beds " they really mean it, they put together two beds

Pros: Close to airport and free shuttle
Cons: Clean the carpets
Location: Nothing, just the airport
The carpets in the halls and bedroom were horrible. If you can get the room for a cheap rate and it’s just a flight layover then it’s ok, but not for a holiday stay.

Getting the shuttle to pick you up at the airport has been a challenge both times I have stayed at this hotel. the second time I ended up taking a taxi because no one at the desk would answer the phone. No apology when I arrived. I was told 3 times that breakfast was included and then I was charged for the meal because it was not. A porter had to be summoned multiple times to help take my bags to my room and again to take them back to the desk. The room itself was reasonablely clean and comfortable; the pool looked inviting.

Novotel in name only

The contrast between lobby and floors with the rooms is appalling. Be warned that the hallways are atrocious, but the rooms themselves are fine. But it’s an unpleasant shock. Separately: We’re a family traveling with a young child, and an early start in the morning and we’re placed into a room overlooking a wedding in the main courtyard. You could hear the music in the hallway. the halls were full of teens looking for fun banging on each other’s doors. We complained and moved to a quiet room. Why waste our time initially? I dunno. Seems like a Novotel in name only. If I was corporate office I’d consider dropping the name. Tarnishes the brand. I’d suggest the Le Meridien across the skybridge instead if you’re looking for something easier.

Nice hotel close to airport

Pros: Modern, great food, nice atmosphere, rooms were great.
Cons: The only drawback was a rule that no exterior food or drinks are allowed in the hotel. I thought this was unreasonable.
Location: Close to airport. No other attractions near by
We were looking for a nice hotel close to the airport since we had an early flight back to the USA. Traffic in Cairo is quite busy so staying at a hotel in the city is risky if you plan to leave early. The hotel and staff were great

The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shuttle was also running on time every 30 minutes. I was overall quite pleased with this hotel and would recommend to anyone.

Friendly clean hotel with lousy Wi-Fi

The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good but I was frustrated as the Wi-Fi was hopeless, this would put me off staying again.
