NICE COMFORTABLE HOTEL

Cons: Needs improvements generally EGYPT 🇪🇬
Location: Very closed to Cairo International Airport
Had nice quick 4 day stay at the hotel. Front desk and all the employees were super nice. Had great time at the pool which was located at the roof . Gym, sauna , steam room was great . Most important hotel manager Mr. Aly Hassan ALam was super nice and very professional. Had very great and Royal 👑 treatment. Got gift 🎁 PLATE OF SWEETS for RAMADAN from Mr. Aly .

Repulsive food!

Pros: The building is old, but clean. It's very close to the airport.
I am just gonna talk about my experience with the OPEN BUFFET, it was really disgusting and it ruined my day. The salads SMELLED horribly. The flies and the mosquitoes were all over the food, the staff's idea of getting rid of those flying bugs involved using an electric swatter RIGHT ABOVE THE FOOD. So if any of them falls dead, it falls right on the food you are supposed to eat.

Is not good at all . Bathroom is dirty and their location hotel in Area kinda not good

good hotel , good staff but the facilities of the hotel need to be upgraded this hotel is 4 stars not 5 stars but at all is ok.

Very Nice hotel, great service from most except th

Nice hotel, great service from most except the travel agents who thinks money grows on trees anywhere but in Egypt. Also my short to book all kids above 12 years of age as adult. it's the custom here, for all the other hotels also

Stay away...stay very far away.....

Room smelled bad. There was a strange crud around the base of the toilet. There was pipework done the last night. So my last shower was almost taken with muddy colored water. When I complained, the front desk person did nothing (could have waived some of my room bar charges). Food at the restaurant was not very good.
