Professional, accommodating, understanding, and incredible staff; the front desk, dining staff-cooks, great food, parking staff, and cleaning staff. My stay was so enjoyable, I decided to extend it one more day. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and modern looking. I recommend this hotel for any traveler because of its location and staff. Will definitely rebook again.

I didn't like that at checkout, they refused to take Egyptian Pounds to clear the room service bill which was billed in EGP. We were asked to provide a receipt from the bank showing where we exchanged USD for EGP. This was unexpected, having been in Egypt for 10 days, we didn't experience this at any other hotel either in Cairo or Hurghada.

My check in was very good. After that things went downhill drastically! I had to change rooms 4x in 2 days. Even if the hotel was overbooked, they should not sell rooms with broken A/C, noisy water pipes, flooding in bathrooms, and filthy bathtub residue in the suite, PLUS heavy smoke permeating a “ no smoking “ room! I experienced all of the above in each room they moved me to until the fourth one. I would not recommend this hotel. It needs a complete overhaul! On a good note, I had a very good experience in the hair salon. They were very professional.

Everyone at the hotel were super pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the 1122 Bar and the happy hour. The breakfast has so many choices and they cater to dietary requirements.

I spent 3 nights at radisson Blu, it was great, I liked the breakfast and lunch buffets, great atmosphere, employees were very nice and helpful, do not buy any cosmetics in the Arabic shop, the owner is very arrogant

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were so professional and friendly. The head of concierge was so helpful in advising us about the Egypt opera hall as we wanted to see a show in the evening. We took advantage of the bar offer of 2-4-1 drinks and indulged in the fish and chips offer - the food and drinks were superb. To note, if you bring in food from outside of the hotel, you must sign a declaration and this can only be consumed in your room. Facilities on the 9th floor were excellent and the superior room we stayed in was spacious, clean and lacked no amenities. Should I visit Cairo again, this hotel will be on the top of my list!
