"This is one of the few New York properties that lives up to the hype. In a crowded city this apartment has spacious rooms with tall ceilings. Non-New Yorkers will find the kitchen small'ish but it is well stocked and had plenty of room to make a family meal. Double windows on the street side make city noise all but disappear. In particular, his pointers as to dry-cleaners, grocery stores, etc., were spot on and much appreciated. The apartment has no demons - hot water all the time, AC units work, kitchen is well stocked, etc. A few points of feedback: The bedroom door on the room nearest the family room has a lock that doesn't work.
