Wonderful spacious studio with superb views! Modern furniture, extremely well kept, Fully equipped with all necessities you would find in your own apartment. Full kitchen & bath, fitness center, laundry. Centrally located. A perfect find, will be returning for an extended stay.
It was a sad picture to see people having breakfast everywhere, at the lobby, standing up in corners, at the check in counters, on the floors, anywhere they could find a surface
Well located clean hotel in NY Garment District. Walking distance to Times Square, Penn Station and other attractions. Fridge, stove and microwave so you can eat in. Never a long wait for high speed elevator. Friendly staff stored my luggage and arranged for transportation to LaGuardia.
House keeping response time needs improvement Also there is no direct access to house keeping from the room The Breakfast cost is high in comparison to the food items offered
My boyfriend was taking Amtrak at 3am so we thought it would be better to stay in the city versus traveling from the outer boroughs 2 in the morning. The hotel was so inviting and comfortable we both didn't want to leave. The bed was like a firm cloud. We will definitely stay again.
Great location, great hotel only issue was building works going on at the time of stay that started up around 6.30am would still return though. Staff helpful and friendly
Great location, staff really friendly and went out of their way to make it a great stay, the complimentary breakfast on a morning saved lots of money for our family in such an expensive city. Room was big and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book again!
Hotel was undergoing major renovation, and we were not told this when we booked on Expedia. Staff was super nice and friendly. Lobby was covered in police tape and mostly inaccessible. No food services were available due to renovations. This will be a well-situated, pleasant place to stay... once ...
Staff are friendly; room was just what we required as we have an infant and the kitchen area was perfect for prepping & cooking food. The only downfall was not having a bath tub as this was awkward when washing an infant.
