I had two reservations (had to arrive a day earlier than planned because of the rail strike). I explained it to the reception desk when I arrived. No worries. Then we went out for the day and they seem to have forgotten. Consequently, my key wouldn't work, my room hadn't been cleaned, and they claimed I hadn't paid. Fairly easily resolved when I reminded the desk clerk of our situation. Not a big deal, but irritating. Otherwise, the place was great, and because I had an early flight, the proximity to the airport was perfect. Nice place.
