Hi,Thank you for your feedback at your stay with us. I would like to apologize for all the inconvenience we have caused to you in your last stay with us. While the walkway from terminal to airport will usually take around 5-10 minutes by walking, the snow can make the journey little bit more difficult. I would also like to apologize for also making a mistake with reservation charging for this reservation at the check in. This was an honest mistake on our end. The interior designer wanted to emphasize on making guest feel like they have arrived to the Finnish landscape even if they are just staying at the hotel for 1 night.I do want to apologize that the room itself was not able to capture the same feeling has the lobby's design. Room itself has been made in focus on practicality in mind, while still keeping some amount of same elements in interior design as well.
