Nice, clean hotel with good front desk staff and a regular shuttle to and from the airport. Also bus stops nearby for getting into Helsinki easily.

It’s all about the staff. On 23 Feb there was a lady at the front seat from another location on her day off. She was amazing. Very professional, friendly, helpful, and really made my not so good day better. Of course the hotel was amazing, but her attitude and personality set the tone for the stay. Thank you so much, whatever your name is. The entire staff was great. Also, the service from the lady in the restaurant that particular night was exceptional. She was not the typical hostess. So friendly. Maybe Finland really is the happiest country? The room was clean and surprisingly quiet (the most important things to ME). The burgers at the restaurant were great. Try them. The hotel is within walking distance of the mall, and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. I will defiantly book this facility again.

The free shuttle is very helpful, but too infrequent if just every 30 minutes. The breakfast has lots of options, and generally tasty.

Very nice property, when we arrived at the airport the hotel bus picked us up on time. The rooms are very simple yet clean. Beds were comfy and warm.

Location was perfect - close to the airport and a free shuttle available. Bus links also available to city centre. Staff were approachable and friendly to talk too. The room was pretty small and non sound-proof. Could hear everything from the next room so unfortunately not as private as a hotel room should be. Private rooms in hostels give far better value for money.

Other than the loud service trucks running idle early in the morning and being able to hear the guy next door snoring all night, I enjoyed a great meal at the bistro and breakfast was great.

Clerk claimed reservation was cancelled-even though neither hotels.com nor I cancelled it. After several calls by hotels.com, situation was rectified. Room was spacious and comfortable-although it was dated and worn. Check out was smooth. Airport shuttle is convenient. Thanks to hotels.com rep for assistance.

I arrived at the hotel hours before checkin. Didn't matter, they kindly and cheerfully immediately gave me access to my room. The showers in these rooms are amazing. I ALWAYS stay at this hotel when I fly out of Helsinki. NEVER disappoints. Highly recommended.

The proximity to the airport was good and the free bus service was great. The rooms felt old and outdated. We both hit our toes on a metal bar on the floor between the room and the bathroom. The price was very reasonable.
