Fab by name…….
2 nights in Helsinki before going to Lapland. Room ready on arrival, warm welcome, clean, large, well equipped room. Great bed, good shower and even ‘chrome cast TV’ allowing us to stream from my phone directly onto large screen TV. Good breakfast, excellent location.

Well located hotel with excellent breakfast but the cleanliness was really poor. No pillow protectors and stained pillows which we had to clean ourselves, rubbish stuffed between the beds, lots of hairs and stains on furnishings

This was a great find - the hotel was in a quiet location but restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. The room were large and clean and the breakfast was a surprise bonus.

Phenomenal Hotel in the heart of Helsinki.
Hotel Fabian is conveniently located in a trendy neighborhood near museums, markets,.restaurants and boutiques. The breakfast offered provides gluten-free items, cold cuts, cheese,.smoothies, fresh fruits and vegetables, oatmeals with local berries, delicious coffee and even egg souffle. The staff is friendly and very serviceable.

Excellent hotel
The hotel Fabian is centrally located in one of the trendiest and nice neighborhoods in Helsinki. It is within walking distance to restaurants, the Splanade, the old market, the marina and not too far from major landmarks. The breakfast option is a very good choice. Freshly brewed coffee, tea options, fresh smoothies, hot potted oatmeal, selection of cold cut meats, cheese, fruits and vegetables and even egg soufflé. The lobby also offers drinks and snacks. Great costumer service!

Comfortable hideaway in Heldinki center
Well positioned in Heksinki Design area.Friendly and helpful customer oruented staff. Comfirtable bed, nice linnen.Free wifi. Very close and walking dusrance to Esplanaadi and port. Off fhe noisy areas. We were able to check in early and really apprecuated such kindnrss. Drinking hot water was avaikabke 24/7 at the kitchen area next to reception to nake your own tea.

Hotel Fabian was an outstanding place to stay in Helsinki. The room was really spacious and very comfortable. The staff were really welcoming and helpful at the front desk. The breakfast options were good, if a bit limited. The hotel is easy to get to from the train station and easily walkable to the city sights. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable stay
A small and cosy hotel near the Center, 10 mins walk from the piers and 10 mins to main attractions. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfy. Breakfast is of good choices. Staff are nice and helpful. But need to ask for tea/coffee/kettle, otherwise they are not provided.

My flight was delayed so I was later than expected in checking in, but reception at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. An upgraded room was excellent, spacious and stylish. I spent a very comfortable night, followed by an excellent breakfast. I was sorry that I only had one night to spend in Helsinki before moving on.

Convenient location right in city center, walking friendly to many attractions. If like running or walking it's 1.5km distance to the bay/lagoon a very pretty area. The breakfast offers large variety of healthy food. Friendly staff provided efficient services.

Fantastic hotel in downtown Helsinki
Our two-night stay at Hotel Fabian was wonderful! The staff were amazingly helpful (they offered excellent recommendations and were very patient as I tried to remember the Finnish I had not spoken in over 35 years), the breakfast was outstanding (many options, all of them delicious, and a lovely sun room to eat in), and the location was ideal for exploring Helsinki. The room was very comfortable and thoroughly clean. The price was also quite reasonable. We would gladly stay at Fabian again!

Charging a bottle of water in the room was unusual. It was the last place for me and my husband to visit at the end of our Nordic trips (Sweden-Denmark-Norway-Finland). It was unusual to charge a bottle of water in the room, we thought it was a complementary just like Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Bergen but it was not. If we had known, we would not have drank it.

This was a great location; away from the chaos of the Market Harbor, but only a few blocks away from the activity. Excellent breakfast buffet, with a wide selection of local food.
