Dear Bo, A warm thank you for havening stayed with us and taking time to review us here. I am deeply sorry to hear that we failed to meet and exceed your expectations. Unfortunately the Unioninkatu street is quite busy, so there are some noises from time to time. We do, however, have rooms also towards the inner courtyard which are very quiet. Also, in the rooms on our original part have a glass door to the bathroom, but on the extension part there are proper doors. Maybe we can get a room next time on the extension part facing the inner courtyard next time. The reason why we have the breakfast time slots in place is to regulate roughly the amount of guest visiting the restaurant for breakfast at the same time. This way we try to prevent any guests from having to wait in a queue if the restaurant is full at any time. We do normally offer assistance with luggage, I am terribly sorry this was not offered for you. I will make sure our staff remembers to do this in the future.
