Thank you very much for the lovely review. We will be sure to check the women's sauna, but it should be heated the same way men's sauna are so each should have the same heat around 70-80 degrees celsius. Thank you for the review!

Helka is only 10 minutes walk away from the Central Railway Station and just 3 minutes away from the closest metro station and Kamppi shopping mall. Helka is surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and shops as well as some of the most famous tourist attractions in Helsinki like the famous Rock Church or The Natural History Museum of Helsinki which both are just around the corner. Hello and thank you for your review. We indeed do not have feathered beddings, but our newer employee was not yet aware of this. There are quite a few things hotel receptionists need to be aware of and sometimes even learned information might slip from the mind. We will be sure to remind everyone of this :). Sorry for the confusion.Regarding directional signs. We are now adding them for the room 623-626 which previously did not have them. Sorry for the confusion!Thank you for the informative review. Hello. Our late check-out is included on Comfort Rooms and is until 13:00. We always advice customers that later check-out than 12:00 (or on Comfort rooms 13:00) will pay 10 euros per hour. We are always happy to comply with customer wishes in case they want a later check-out. It simply will be a matter of extra cost - we do not offer it free of charge, sorry in case this has caused you inconvenience. You are of course free to always leave your luggage to our storage rooms after check-out. Sorry to hear that there seem to have been a misunderstanding. Hello. Sorry for the problems. During the winter season we have closed the cooling systems in the hotel. You can still adjust the temperature from the heating devices on the wall or even open the window for a short while since the room will cool down very fast.

These types of accidents are rare, but even an experienced staff member makes mistakes from time to time. We will try to do better in the future when it comes to this issue. We have informed the cleaning staff of the situation. Thank you for bringing it up and once again our apologies for the uncomfortable situation. Regarding breakfast. Our breakfast is open from 6:30 - 10:30 on week and on weekend from 7 to 11. So there should be items replenished all hours. I will contact the kitchen to find out what went wrong during your stay.
