Great hotel, nice bar downstairs (fully equipped with kids play area so that parents can relax!). Only recommendation is that they continue breakfast to 10am, rather than stop at 9.30am.

This was by far one of the nicest places that we have stayed as for "all around" best services and area. The train station and largest shopping mall was within a block or two from the backdoor, with serveral dinning options. The hotels staff was very helpful in reserving a taxi for us for the early morning hours when we didn't want to wait on the train and trams. The rooms are very well kept. We had a light fixture in the bathroom that needed attention and the staff fixed it the next morning while we were out. Thank you!. The breakfast every day was very plentiful and a great selection to choose from. If we ever have the need to come back to Helsinki we will stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel

A very good stay
Usual Scandic standard, close to Pasila train station and Shopping centre. Friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast.

Hotel is old but rooms and reception were rebuild and look good. Breakfast area was small for the amount of people in the morning.

Only thing i had to fault was no kettle in the room to make a hot drink but you can go down to reception and purchase one. Trian station and shopping mall very close and tram stop right outside hotel very handy Dave

Nice hotel in the neighborhood of the biggest mall in Helsinki. Modern room, but the bathroom was quite old. Why would you renovate the room but then stop at the bathroom? Basically no water pressure in the shower, that was a bummer. Really good breakfast and you can use the gym and sauna for free.

Pahoittelen, että sisäänkirjautumisessa kesti kauan. Järjestelmämme oli vaihtunut vain muutama päivä enne n ja henkilökuntamme vasta opetteli uutta järjestelmää. Tästä syystä sisäänkirjautumisprosessi oli hiukan normaalia hitampaa.Toivottavasti saamme teidät kumminkin vielä joskus tulevaisuudessa uudestaan vieraaksemme!

Rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli, mutta kuuma huone
Huoneemme oli todella kuuma mikä häiritsi nukkumista. Muuten kaikki sujui erinomaisesti. Erityisesti kiitokset aamiaisesta, joka oli munipuolinen ja iso plussa haudutettavasta teestä.

Sijauspatja oli todella muovisen oloinen ja hiosti. Kävellen liikkuessa oli hieman vaarallista poistua hotellin pihalta kun autoramppi aivan vieressä ja työmaa, jolloin suojatiet olivat pois käytöstä. Ok aamiainen, vähän paikkoja.

Sain upgraden superior -huoneeseen, mikä oli mukava yllätys. Matkustin tosin yksin eli ”hyöty” isommasta huoneesta jäi vähäiseksi. Ikä näkyy jo hieman, varsinkin kylpyhuoneessa. Kokonaisuutena kuitenkin oikein mukava kokemus!

Parantamisen varaa on aina!
Hotellihuoneemme ( nro. 616) vessa kaipasi selvästi kunnostusta, kylpyamme oli hajoamispisteessä, laatoituksesta puuttui palasia ym.. Hotelliin ekaa kertaa tulevana emme myöskään tienneet missä parkkihalli oli ja sinne ei ollut ollenkaan kunnon opasteita missään.. Muutoin reissu sujui hyvin ja palvelu pelasi!

Parkkihalli tosiaan on hieman nurkan takana, mutta onneksi löysitte sitte lopulta kuitenkin. Opasteita on yritetty sijoittaa järkeville paikoille, mutta välillä niitä voi olla hankala havaita ajoissa.Ihana kuulla, että olitte tyytyväisiä henkilökuntaan ja reissu oli muutoi onnistunut.Ystävällisin terveisin,
