Excellent location and amazing staff
Excellent location and amazing staff Got room on top floor with balcony with beautiful views over city centre. Aircon sadly did not cool the room. Temperature in room lowest setting possible is 19.5 degree C. You can't go loser than that. So room was hot.

I highly recommend staying in this hotel
Staff were very kind,helpful and Informative during my stay.I was given exactly what I requested I would like for my room. It was in a perfect location as everything was with in walking distance or close to a tram. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone you won't be disappointed.

Great breakfast. Small elevators. Small bathrooms. I fell outside on uneven pavers. No disabled entrance. You must go up stairs.

The rooms were larger than most European hotels. The large windows were nice as well. This hotel was ideal in location, directly across the street from the train station and within a short walk to the market and shopping.

The location is extremely convenient for moving about. The bathroom area is disproportionately small; the hall passage is too narrow; the extractor fan not working properly.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. An architectural marvel. Location couldn’t be more perfect for exploring Helsinki. The breakfast AND the restaurant itself are a total knockout. Staff super friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Brilliant location next to the station. Very spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked.

This hotel is literally in front of the Central Station. Very convenient. There are many places around for shopping and having a bite to eat. The room I had was small but it had a balcony. Breakfast vas very good.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast ( good selection of gluten & lactose free products). Fab rooms, quiet and comfy bed. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful with buses, ferries to Estonia etc genuinely a great place to stay.

This hotel is perfect, just like it is every time I have stayed here in the past. I love the staff, the rooms, the location, and the fact it is attached to everything you need. you never even have to go outside to go to a department store, the sauna, several fine dining options, a fast food option, a grocery store, and a train station.

OK Central Hotel
Right next to the station and nicely decorated thought out hotel. The room was cold though and no fiddling with the controls sorted it out. Good job I was on my own and could use the second single duvet on the double bed. Pillows (square) not very comfy but the bed was. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating and nice toiletries. The room was simple but pleasant. Plentiful breakfast with lots of choice but the quality of the ingredients was on the cheap side. The machine "juice" was concentrate mixed with water and undrinkable.

This hotel is centrally located to city center and landmarks all in walking distance. The hotel is situated right next to the central railway station and the main street of Helsinki, Mannerheimintie. Also close to restaurants and take out as well as supermarkets Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is served at the rooftop restaurant with a great view over the city. The rooms were clean and good sized. My only complaint is there is no proper place for the kettle because the cord is too short. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

Great hotel in city centre
I really like this hotel. It has kept some of the charm from 1950s. I love the authentic glass doors from the 9th floor up to the roof terrace and restaurant. Nice room. The check-in process can be speeded up.

Very nice hotel right in the heart of Helsinki. Shopping and dining nearby. Parking garage across the road from the hotel, but it is not free. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast which is included in the price. Overall very pleasant place to stay.
