This is an exceptionally clean place with high quality linens They are very kind & humane. However, like everywhere else, you must leave by 11am on the dot. If you want to stay another night & are waiting for the money... Or, indeed, if you have any delays for any reason... Anything which prevents you from following the rulles which are standard everywhere... Try communicating with them. From my experience, they will work with you, within reason, if you have a legitimate & valid delay. Iow: If you respect them, they will do their best to show you the same respect. However, if you focus on your issue & do not consider their position, they will respond as you or I would in that situation. ☺️

Room was below average; not as advertised. Tv remote did not work. Many stray cats on property. The neighborhood is dangerous and many homeless. The worst hotel/location combination Ive ever had.

Property is beautiful! We stayed here after our wedding. They started calling at a little after 10 twice reminding us check out is at 11. I asked if we could have till 1130 . She still called again it was a Wednesday .

Smelled like pesticide in the room. Cockroach in the bathroom. Couch was dirty. Couldn’t stay in the room for more than 5 minutes. Very terrible experience. Didn’t feel comfortable asking for another room. If there’s one cockroach, there’s always more around. Never coming back here.

I really got disappointed with this property. Before I booked it online, my friend called them and the lady answered the phone, she didn't understand everything very well and made mistakes on the date 3 times. I was wondering if I shouldn't book this property but normally Quality Inn is not very bad and the price was cheaper so I booked it. After checking in, we went to Walgreens to buy a toothbrush, there were many homeless there. The property's walls were very thin and people upstairs were having a party or something, playing music loudly and I couldn't fall asleep. We complained and asked them to change rooms but the male staff said all rooms were sold out and he would check and tell the people to be quiet(at least I appreciated it) but they were having a party until 1am. We had breakfast because it was included. There was a waffle maker and it was nice to make and eat fresh waffles. Overall the experience was not good so I won't stay here any more.

Breakfast advertised on sign saying eggs, meat and waffles. There was no meat and no eggs. There was also an additional $60 room deposit that was specific to cash not advertised. Room was dirty, bugs and in much need of a make over
