“Okay, so I hope this is the most honest review for this place, I'll start with the good. Front desk staff was there past midnight for a very late check in, very friendly staff who do a great job explaining everything, free breakfast, not the worst hotel I've been to, honestly for the price and in a pinch you can't beat it. CRITICAL: cleanliness is not good, AC/heating unit did not seem to work, curtains were broken, you can see many places the room needs to be remodeled (chipped bathroom door……

“Didn’t get the pack and play for my son when called multiple times. Only got offered last minute when he was already sleep. Went to their little restaurant to eat before bed, never got the food my son got antsy and we had to leave the restaurant. Never got offered a refund or food delivered, nothing. Then the next day my son got ill and had to leave early, Expedia attempted to reach out to get a refund for the last day and were denied. The woman at the desk said I’d get a credit? Didn’t even……

“Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping……
