Three-story Canadian Lighthouse

"Very charming and unique lighthouse for a couple days hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire! Property was extremely clean and well-kept, very quiet and private setting in the woods off a dirt road which got virtually no traffic. Only a short drive (5-7 mins) from a small grocery store with plenty of staple items for making our own meals. Kitchen was well-equipped with all pots, pans, dishes and everything we needed for our stay. There was a full bath with shower on the 1st floor right off the entrance and kitchen, another half bathroom with the washer / dryer, guest room and cozy seating area (with couch and tv) on the 2nd floor, and the master bedroom on the top (3rd floor). No bathroom on the 3rd floor which wasn’t a big deal for us, but something to be aware of. Was surprised to find only 4 non-decaf Keurig coffee pods when we checked in, with no extras in the pantry or cabinets. We had to get our own coffee after the 1st day since we needed more than that to caffeinate ourselves for the hikes! :-) Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the lighthouse!"

"We were looking for a quiet place to decompress. This house is beautiful, impeccably clean and sits on a tranquil pond. We have kayaks of our own but it looked like the weather wasn’t going to cooperate so we didn’t bring them. Jeremy actually provides a tandem kayak so we used that. Such an absolutely gorgeous, peaceful place to kayak. We actually saw a bald eagle fly by us while out in the kayak. That just made our entire trip so much more memorable. That’s not something we are lucky enough to see where we live. Thanks again for an wonderful time!"

"We had a great stay! Our family of 4 (2 adults, kids aged 9 and 13) loved the access to the beautiful pool -- and outdoor shower there -- and the pond. Having the kayaks (and life jackets) available to use was a great addition, and between those and our own paddleboard, we were all able to go out together on days when it wasn't quite swimming weather. The house is basic but nice, and clean (which tops many other things to me), and well described. We especially enjoyed the porches. We also enjoyed the fire pit out back - we didn't have the best weather but still managed to fit in 2 smores making nights in the week. We've already talked about coming back."
