“Hotel was in the perfect location for the Mile Hugh Flea market. Room was clean, and the bedding especially smelled super clean and fresh, but our bathroom had some splatter all over the wall near the toilet that was pretty gross. The hotel is dog friendly, which we really appreciated, but the outdoor area for the dogs has so much dog poop everywhere that you can’t even walk through the grass. I know there’s irresponsible dog owners causing the problem, but maybe have someone come clean it like……

“When we checked in and got settled, we found that our bathroom light did not work and had to switch rooms. Housekeeping should have known that light didn’t work. Also at check in we let the manager know that we needed a 4 AM shuttle to go too the airport. The shuttle never arrived. At 4:20 we had to get an Uber and the person at the desk got smart with us. You shouldn’t advertise you have shuttle service every half hour when you don’t. We almost lost our 6:00 AM flight because of the no show……
