Staff was amazing, area clean, coffee delicous, breakfast great, family-friendly. Would recommend visiting George's for a good meal. Overall 100 percent recommend.

Great stay, great price!
The hotel is easily accessible from the highway. There were several fast food options within a 1/2 mile. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly!

Hotel was very clean and comfort, staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was hot and filling. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars all around was as a light sleeper the sound of traffic woke me several times. Obviously, this is no fault of the hotels but if you are a light sleeper just don’t forget your ear plugs or sound machine. My husband who sleeps like a rock, had an excellent night’s sleep.

Our stay was great! The staff was very friendly! The woman (I really wish I had gotten her name) that took care of the breakfast in the morning is such a sweet, caring person! She was so nice! We enjoyed are breakfast each morning - she made very enjoyable! The only issue we had was the amount of noise in the hallway one night. People yelling, running and slamming doors throughout the night. Made it impossible to sleep. The other nights we were there, it was extremely peaceful. The hotel was very clean. We would definitely recommend.

This Comfort Inn has amazing, atyentive, polite, helpful staff. The rooms are clean and up to date. The attendant in the dining room for breakfast was so sweet and welcoming every morning. I had special circumstances with my stay and the whole staff was aware of it and very accommodating. Thanks, everyone, for a wonderful stay.

There was a wad of fresh gum stuck to the headboard near the pillows on the freshly made bed. Made us question how well things are cleaned. Did not have clean towels to give us in the morning so we had to use little pool towels. No one was at the desk during check out time so about 10 people and I waited for a while before giving up and throwing our keys on the counter and leaving.

Great service from front desk attendant Mrs Royster!! Very personable and helpful especially after checking in late (coming from Delaware). Because of her friendliness we were definitely coming back to this hotel when visiting family and friends in the area again. However, due to an unfortunate experience with another employee on the next morning, we have changed our minds. My husband didn't have the best experience upon leaving. Immediately after we checked out, my husband had to use the restroom so he went into the men's restroom near the front desk. He was told by a tall east Indian that once you have checked out, you cannot use the bathroom. I have never heard such craziness in all my years of traveling!!!

Horrible stay
When I arrived they tried to charge me a second time saying my card was declined but the person wasn’t trained properly. They charged me an early check in fee even though I have early check in with this app. The beds looked like my kids made them(wrinkles and sides not even fully tucked in) the tv didn’t work and floor hadn’t been swept.

Retirement Celebration
The room was satisfactory. The bathroom needed more lighting. It was dark in the bathtub/shower. The tub was slippery and had not non-slip pads or strips. The Spectrum television stations kept blacking out. There person at the front desk was always in the back on their phone and would hold their conversations with guests from the back/side room which was about 15 ft from the front desk. It reminded me of the low quality service you get from one of these franchise fast food restaurants. Commercials are one thing, but actual reality is another.
