Way overpriced for what you get. i would never go.

Pros: Nothing except the employees.
Cons: A new hotel
Location: old stopped to sleep.
Hotel is old and shows it. Creaking floors, bathtub and missing plaster on walls. Breakfast was terrible. waffles didn't cook thru, eggs hard as rubber. Only thing worth while was the emplyees.

Cleanliness isn't top priority, stains on carpet

Pictures on the web show a different story than the uncleanliness at the motel. The tub got blocked. The room carpets had like chewing gum like stains, I have pictures. The staff was thin. Andrew at the counter was an okay guy. Sandra serving at the reception desk was friendly. Alex, the manager called me after the initial review online, and asked me what more can they do and was courteous. All in all, the Vegas hotels all of the come with a trick, the downtown ones charge you resort fees. Next time I would spend $30 more and stay at holiday in express, at least I would know the quality, available. I travel a lot, what a person looks for is cleanliness and some comfort after driving. Thanks.

Good, but needs refurbishment

Room was ok, but carpeting throughout the hotel was stained. Needs to be changed or seriously cleaned. Staff is pleasant. Breakfast was good. Stayed for 6 days and was glad not to be in a smoky casino.

Quiet, convenient.

I don't appreciate that they use a punchcard to offer breakfast to guests; I have not experienced this before with any other hotels. It is only complementary breakfast items such as cereal, coffee, fruit juices and for that they need a punchcard?

Very nice, clean and friendly.

Pros: room, bed, bath, breakfast.
extremely comfortable beds which surprised me. Reading a lot of the reviews, I'm left to assume they have upgraded the rooms beautifully since most of those were posted. Very modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a REAL breakfast with eggs, waffles etc which is always a pleasant way to start the day and feel like you got your money's worth. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a bit off the beaten path but coming from Los Angeles, driving around Henderson was wonderful LOL!

Nice quite hotel

Pros: Nothing in particular.
Cons: This is a nice hotel. It just needs more cleaning and more reception staff.
Location: This was close enough to Hoover dam.
I wanted to visit Las Vegas but did not want to be too close to the casinos. So I decided to book this hotel in Henderson. However there was a casino in the premises. A few strangers were asking for quarters as we parked to go into the hotel. But it was safe. It was semi clean hotel in a nice neighbourhood.

Clean comfortable hotel

Pros: Comfortable beds & breakfast choices
Cons: Let you take breakfast items to your room to eat when there is no seating available
Room was clean, beds were comfortable, great selection for breakfast choices. Room had a mini fridge & microwave which came in handy. Staff were nice & friendly. Stayed in a remodeled room as they are updating their facility, so cannot speak for those rooms that have not been updated as of yet. Will stay here gain on my yearly business trip to Vegas
