Found dog poop on the floor.

When we arrived at the hotel we found dog poop on the floor. They apologized and offered to clean it up. The sofa bed was big enough for one person. It did not have sheets on it so when we arrived at the hotel to go to bed we had to go back down to the front desk and ask for sheets. When we tried to put them on one set of the sheets were wet so I had to go back down and ask for another one. One day we could not get into out room for some reason. Tried new keys and everything. The beds were comfy and the staff was friendly and my kids enjoyed the small pool.

Great breakfast 😊 clean bathroom 🚽 comfortable beds. Overall great stay. Will be going there again.

It was good, the rooms were a little small and the beds were squiaed up the outerside was squished up the wall. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. They have laundry facilities.

Room was nice....air conditioner was way to loud! And you can only turn up your TV to a certain level so it was hard to hear and almost impossible to sleep because the air would go off and come right back on with such a loud noise it would shake the room. I also needed a receipt at check out for my work and they would not give me one because I booked on Hotels.com I stayed at three other hotels in the same week and they gave me one without any problem.

I am glad to hear that your room was nice. I am sorry the A/C was too loud. These new A/C's are temperature controlled, so once it hits the set temperature it will kick off. There is one option on it though where you can keep the fan running continuously so it wont keep shutting off which is a nice option. Unfortunately when people book through 3rd parties such as hotels.com they are actually paying the 3rd party and not the hotel. The 3rd party will then send a prepaid credit card to the hotel for payment. This is why we are not able to give out receipts. The 3rd party you booked through will usually always give you a receipt as soon as you booked the room. I hope this explains things a little better. The hotel was very nice and all the staff friendly and helpful. Only own side, no nearby restaurants. Several restaurants do deliver though.

I am very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately since we are in more of an industrial area it is hard to find restaurants close by. You are correct in saying there is delivery. Uber even has a program now where you can order from a restaurant and they will go pick it up for you. We even have the snacks and microwave meals at our Bright Side Market. Staff was very helpful, rooms were nice and bed comfortable. Dogs are permitted in some rooms so heard some barking which I'm not crazy about but other than that it was an enjoyable experience.
