It's a dump.

Posted Apr 13, 2017
Pros: The only thing nice was the receptionist who checked us in. She was very pleasant.
Cons: Clean the carpet, paint the walls, air the place out!!!
Location: Only stayed one night to sleep and get back on the road.
I wavered between a rating of 2 and a 1. I gave it a 1 as I have seen worst but those I left. Sleep Inn smelled of cigarette smoke in the lobby and in the room in which we stayed. The carpet and walls were dirty and needed a coat of paint. The bathroom door needed to be replaced ( it had a lot of something stuck on the door, the color of rust).

Horrific customer service by Jackie.

Posted Dec 22, 2016 on Hotels
We arrived at 10:15 pm after a long drive. Checked in and went to sleep. At 11:30 pm we were ruddy awaken by someone knocking on our door. It was the front desk clerk accusing me of paying for our stay with a credit card that was denied. Jacqueline (Jackie) stated that she went to run the pet fee for our visit and that the card was denied. She was very abrasive towards me. I got dressed and went to the lobby to try to resolve the issue. She continued to accuse me of giving incorrect information that included credit card type, online booking agent and my home address. I showed her my receipt and confirmation online. At that point she recognized she was incorrect in her accusations however she continued to yell as she asked me to pay the pet deposit. I did so, in cash. She refused to give me a receipt which I was uncomfortable with . When we returned to our room around 1:00 am, I called the booking agent I used to complain about her behavior. They called Jackie at the hotel and she was just as abrasive with them. Our room had chew marks on the counters from previous animals. The outside door that was beside our room would not shut. It felt unsafe. After only a few hours of sleep, we continued on our trip feeling very tired. Hotels.com did all they could to accommodate us. I will continue to use Hotels.com. They are excellent. I will NOT be staying at Sleep Inn. Jackie should not be in the customer service field. I've never been treated with such disrespect.

wait and ...

Posted Aug 23, 2016 on Hotels
The beginning of the stay started with mold on the bathroom door after checking in that evening. There is still a pending situation with my refund b/c the actual hotel charged me a fee and hotels.com received payment prior to my check in, this situation has some sort of confusion of check in policy when booked through hotels.com.

(Almost) perfect for overnight traveling stay

Posted Jul 26, 2016 on Hotels
The room was comfortable and clean. It was perfect for an overnight stay for traveling. Although breakfast was supposed to last until 10:00, staff began to put breakfast away at 9:30. I had to specifically ask for yogurt (that was in a locked refrigerator).
