“Review of Grand Villa - 2025Our family of 19 (2 grandparents, 3 children and their spouses, and 11 grandchildren) stayed at the Grand Villa in Dripping Springs this past July.The house is enormous and wonderfully laid out. Everyone had enough space to spread out or be together. The house and surrounding areas were perfectly clean. The back deck with a fire pit, picnic tables, couches and many chairs was a great place to gaze at the stars and visit with each other in the evenings and watch……

“The property is very nice with the large oaks and the cabins overlooking the river. Parking is close to each unit and each one has a nice small kitchen area with Kuereg, fridge/freezer, microwave and sink. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. Very peaceful stay!”

“This little house was located on "On the Lake Road" in Lake Austin Village. This older home was perfect for a get-away weekend. Inside, the rooms were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked and the one bathroom was updated. The back porch has a jacuzzi, and the top deck on the dock had perfect views of the Colorado river and sunset every night. The backyard is fenced so kids & pups can play. There is easy access to the water with plenty of things to do including kayaks, paddleboards and other……

“We really enjoyed how peaceful it was. It was perfect for us. A little dated on the exterior but the interior was clean and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, glassware, plates, full block of knives and even a wine opener and pizza wheel. Grocery stores are a short drive if you want to stay in and make your own meals. Small grills outside also. The white tail deer are amazing, and we saw plenty of them. Fawns, does and bucks. Some……

“Pictures don't do it justice, it's an amazing place. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The host was easy to contact. No issues while there, and only a few questions which had us reaching out to the host. The kitchen has enough pots and pans to make it through any decent meal. Maybe a little light on utensils, but we made it work. The kids had an amazing time, it was like an adventure to sleep in the lighthouse b7nk room and chill in the top 2 floors. We would absolutely come back next time we……
