Excellent accommodations for my 3 night stay in the executive suite. Room was very clean, hot water and strong water pressure. Bed was very comfortable with soft linens, slept very well. Had room service every night. Had food in <30 minutes and it was sooo good. Highly recommend the sea bass and yogurt granola dessert. Easy walk to Archeological museum and souvenir stores and as solo traveler felt very safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Airline cracked my luggage and broke a wheel when I arrived at airport and front desk offered recommendation of store and directions so I could replace. Loved the outdoor balcony with view of water and even had a rainbow the morning I left. One recommendation is to add anti-slip material in the shower/tub, it was very slippery. Also, hard to lock the sliding door to the balcony but I managed to make it lock with some muscle. Highly recommend both hotel and restaurant. Would stay again if I am ever back in Heraklion.

The Atrion Hotel wss close to an area with high quality shopping and restaurants. The balcony view from the hotel overlooked the ocean and it was only two blocks to reach the ocean wall. Several key historucal sites were in walking distance as well as bustops that could access sites more distant.

This place offers an excellent value for the price! The location is 2 mins walk from the Venetian waterfront, fort, walkway and excellent restaurants as well as 10 mins from the airport for convenience. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom well stocked. Staff was welcoming and took care of us for parking and early breakfast.

The room was super clean especially the bathroom. It exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet has a good array of food options and the food quality was excellent. The front desk staff and dining room staff were very kind. The location is conveniently situated. Easy walk to the port, central square, and many restaurant options.

The front desk staff were wonderful / restaurant had delicious food and the waitress was sweet, v friendly and efficient. We loved having a balcony off our room. Because we had to leave before the dining room opened we were sent off w food for breakfast / so nice!!

There is no parking at the hotel and very narrow streets. Difficult to drive and inconvenience of driving at the city parking garage.

For the price , it’s a great hotel to sleep for one night and go .room did have a smell but clean Close to center n ferry . Food in the center wasn’t great.

We found this hotel to be very good. We chose it because it was not too far from the Port. It was clean and comfortable. Apparently it has an excellent breakfast, however we left early and we were given a take away pack for breakfast which was more than we expected. The staff members were very helpful and courteous.

First time in Heraklion and this was the perfect location. Easy walk to all of town, friendly staff and tremendous breakfast offering to start each day. If you are looking for the ideal setting to explore Crete the Atrion is an excellent choice. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and we were in a Jr. Suite on 6th floor with an amazing ocean view.

Great for walkability around Haraklion. Could use a bigger elevator, but only 6 floors so only needed for luggage. Breakfast was well done. Could use more variety when on an extended stay.

Home made orange cake and the milk tart (I think that’s what it was called!) was AMAZING! We really loved our stay here. Close to every thing and a really nice restaurant on the water front, a bit exspensive but worth it. Great place to stay.

Nice hotel, big room, and friendly staff. The bathroom was not very clean with hair on the floor and the shower curtain stained pink at the bottom. The surrounding area was crowded snd not easy to navigate around.

Value for money
The hotel has recently been renovated and so was clean and fresh. Was a close walk to everything but is located down a rather dingy street. The staff were wonderful and helpful and the breakfast had a great selection. No tea or coffee making facilities in your room. But lots of Tavernas and cafes within strolling distance.
