Regarding à la carte restaurants reservations, we kindly inform all our guests that reservations should be made in advance through our online reservation system, upon availability. All our guests are given the opportunity to make table reservations from the moment that they have a confirmed reservation in our resort, and our team, including our Restaurants' Manager, are always willing to assist our guests in this matter before or after their check in. Moreover, we set limitations in our booking system, in order to ensure that everyone can have the chance to enjoy our sophisticated dining. We understand that you would like to book a table multiple times at the à la carte restaurants, however, we have implemented specific rules and limitations on our table reservation system, trying to give all the customers the opportunity to visit our à la carte restaurants. And according to our records, our Restaurant Manager has provided you with reservations in our theme restaurants.Regarding the Spa, we would like to kindly mention that Spa belongs to our external partners, however, we will be happy to transfer your feedback to our partner.For season 2023 Mitsis Rinela has been totally transformed to create higher volume accommodation, more common areas and all our rooms have been completely renovated revealing an entirely new hotel to Rinela’s guests.
