A nice hotel in the centre of Heraklion. Good breakfast and easy access to historic old town and other sites. Clean and comfortable room that was perfect for family.

The location is great with many restaurants and cafés. I was able to get my laundry done and they made reservations for me at a great rooftop restaurant on little notice.

We liked everything about the Olive Green Hotel. They were very responsive to our emails, and arranged transportation for us from the ferry to the hotel. We arrived late and had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant bar. The room was exceptional and they stored our luggage for us the next day. The hotel is close to everything and walkable. Most of all, the staff is very kind. Thank you!

Great hotel and amazing service
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The reception staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and address any questions we had. Their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude really made a positive impression. The facilities were top-notch, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was very convenient. I can’t wait to visit again!

This property is a newer building, conveniently located within walking distance of the main pedestrian street. It is a bit farther from the ocean, but is definitely walkable. The rooms are clean and nice with helpful staff. It is very near an easy bus station to get to Knossos. Very good breakfast.

Nice little hotel
My stay at the hotel was very nice. Its close to all the fun and easy walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast (which was included) was the best part. Food was really good and many choices.
King bed = two single beds pushed together. : )

Lovely spot
The woman at the desk was helpful in helping us to arrange our car rental pick up also very helpful and patient in getting our ferry tickets printed. Room was comfortable and clean.Bed was very comfy. The hotel was steps to restaurants and shops. Close to port if catching or arriving by ferry.

Very nice property in a great location very close to the heart. Clean, and modern. Our room (4 people) was quite large with a separate bedroom. Our particular room was quite loud at night until about midnight due to motorcycles blasting down the street (which was otherwise not common for us). Close to the museum (which is amazing), close to the heart of town (also great). We walked up from the port, we probably should have taken a taxi.

Our stay was unfortunately very average. Upon arrival from Sydney we had a lot of luggage, we were not asked if we needed any assistance with our baggage and when asking for a luggage trolley the answer was no and the male receptionist advised we could not leave our car out the front - this was while we were still removing luggage. Breakfast choices were fine although poorly organised with no one asking for room numbers upon arrival. We were glad to only stay for one evening although were happy with the location being close to the port.

We loved our stay at this hotel in Heraklion! It is very well located in the city, near lots of great bars and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff very friendly. Would definitely come back!

Small hotel in Herakleon. Only 3-4 blocks from the Minoan Museum and the buses to Knossos. The other way, street after street of restaurants and the like. 10 minute walk to ferry port. Good sized room, big shower stall, comfy bed.

Excellent place. Extremely well located in the center of the old city and near the Venetian harbor and port. We’ll equipped and great staff who were very responsive. The only problem we had was that the shower was not well sealed so the bathroom floor became very wet. That was minor compared to all the great aspects.

I enjoyed my stay at Olive Green Hotel very much. I particularly liked the central location, steps away from Heraklion's pedestrian downtown. The room was nicely appointed and very clean.

Great location and staff!
This was the only "big" hotel we stayed at during our trip to a few Greek islands and it was a very pleasant surprise. The location was terrific - close to lots of restaurants and shops and most of all just a couple of blocks from the Heraklion Archaeological Museum! The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was surprisingly quiet for a hotel of this size and the buffet breakfast had a lot of options. We would highly recommend Olive Green to anyone traveling to Heraklion.
