Heriot Bay Vacations from $988

Very friendly and accommodating staff, appears to be family run, couldn’t be better. No restaurant or free breakfast but lots close by. Not a hotel but more of a motel with all rooms easily accessible, two story walk up. I would use them again for sure. Lobby and rooms have recently been renovated, heated outdoor pool and patio area are a plus.

Beautiful location. Nice, large and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Concerns: chose to upgrade to whirlpool room with kitchen. Jet in sprayed water across the room and therefore was unusable, kitchen had good supply of cookware but only set of four dishware and not event salt and pepper. TV in bedroom did not work and was jam packed with wires and seemed to be falling off of the wall. Slow toilets. Closet doors were off rails in all closets but fixed quickly when we called front desk. Left our service sign on door handle but room was not serviced.

Room was not very clean. Had to wipe brown substances off toilet seat on arrival, dusty surfaces and mirrors were dirty

A wonderfully comfortable stay.

The staff was fantastic and getting into my room early. They were very helpful in getting us around town. Parking was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Every time I come to British Columbia, I will stay here.
