“Enjoyed our one night staycation and everything was perfect in my opinion! The room was well equipped with everything, the heater and air conditioners were great, overall nice ambiance, hot tub was clean and easy to use. Only thing I felt missing was if there were 2 robes by the tub it’d be 100% otherwise it’s 99.99% perfect! The toiletries were great quality and we added the rest and relax package for and additional $60 which came with 1 hour late checkout and it was absolutely worth it. Loved……

“Even though the reservation was fully in my name with a second adult listed, they refused to let me check in for both rooms which was a little ridiculous. Had to wait for the other adult to get there two hours later. The payment was made by me as well as the booking through Expedia so not sure what the problem was. Coffee cups & lids in the room were covered in dust, dead flies and webs in the window sills. Hair in bathtub and on bathroom sink that was definitely not mine.”
