The public areas are a bit worn, but the rooms were excellent. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms better appointed than average. The staff was a bit stressed, but it was the weekend of the total solar eclipse, and the hotel as fully booked.

We were on our way home from the 2024 eclipse and the traffic was horrible. We were absolutely exhausted and booked this spot on Expedia because we just had to stop driving. Turned out to be a perfect spot. Clean, quiet, and a very friendly welcoming staff. Put the explanation point on our amazing trip!

I just needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the room clean. The common spaces were dated but served their purpose. Breakfast was better than I expected. Basic choices, but there was a nice variety. I could hear hallway noise, but luckily the halls were fairly quiet during my stay.

Staff was not really friendly (maybe having a bad day?) Hotel did not look clean, Elevator tiles broken, dirty, Room ceiling peeling. This Hotel is super convenient for walking to the mall but this place definitely needs some love.

We booked this hotel for a cheer competition- I did not know that the pool was closed/out of service (not the hotels fault) but that is a huge bummer for kids especially when we are used to staying at hotels with pools for tournaments. The check in staff and process were both easy and friendly! The room and areas were clean and well kept. The only other thing that would suggest or like to see is the working side entrance (with a key) we try to use the stairs to avoid the elevator backing up and it would be easier with a side entrance/exit by the stairs (the current one says emergency only alarm with sound).

Not So Clean Room
The check-in was quick and easy, but the room was clearly not cleaned properly. The first thing I noticed was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Then I saw several hairs left in the bathtub. There were also a bunch of hairs on the top cover of the bed. I also noticed garbage left under the desk. I stay in the area often to visit my daughter who is attending a local college. I decided to try this hotel, as the prices were reasonable. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
