"Canceled my reservation!! Me and my family traveled from Columbus to Pennsylvania for the holiday. I chose the option to pay at the property when I reserved the room instead the clerk tried running the credit card used to make the reservation. This was an inconvenience!! It was unprofessional as well for the clerk to tell me he didn't want to lose a guest! Something has to be done about this seriously! The third party and the hotel should be on the same page!"
