Easy access

The front desk person was awesome, friendly and helpful. But once we entered the hotel, it smelled. Very very musty, we almost left. The room was very clean, but also smelled musty. We only stayed one nite

I am pleased to know my staff did a great job, not so happy about the musty smell. We have had a lot of rain, but I will see if there isn't something we can do to improve that issue.

Shopping in grove city

Pros: Location is very convenient for driving to and back from grove city shopping.
Cons: Washroom door lock shoulder fixed. Imagine a single person in the room could be locked in as the door lock cant be opened. Fix exhaust in washroom.
Location: Nothing around and lots of restaurants in a 5 mile drive.
Hotel is good for the price I paid. The in room washroom could not be opened from inside and very unsafe for kids / single guests who could've locked out. Breakfast is horrible. Spend $5 outside and eat a hot fresh breakfast.

I will look into the bathroom door but in the 10 years I have been here we have never had a guest locked in their bathroom, child or adult so I think it is okay. And our breakfast is hot and fresh, I mean you make your waffle right then and there I am not sure how much fresher you can get, of course we didn't pick the apples or bananas fresh from the tree but they are the same you would have in your home and everything else is cooked fresh daily. We have on site a wonderful restaurant open Monday- Saturday, so you didn't have to drive 5 miles to a restaurant, there is are also 2 full service restaurants within 1 mile of the hotel that have very good food. I hope you have a better stay next time you are in the area, Happy New Year
