We love staying at this hotel but we're disappointed the pool was closed! We had 3 disappointed little boys. Other than that we love this hotel!

Aging building. Dirty. Blood on the blankets. Wifo worked intermittently. Phone in room was broken. Good location. If you're spending minimal time in the room it would be passable.

This is a nice affordable hotel for visiting Hershey. It is close to the attractions and offers different size rooms for your family needs. Breakfast is also included and pretty decent

It was very convenient to Hershey Park. Breakfast was great .Toilet seat was loose and elevator was dirty.Overall it was great.

My only "quibble" (and it's a very minor one) is that breakfast is available only from 6 AM to 9 AM. Because the alarm clock in the room was confusing to me, I didn't have it properly set to go off at 7 AM; instead the radio came on! Luckily, I did wake up shortly after 8 AM and was able to get dressed quickly before everything but the coffee and tea service was taken away. btw, everything I had for breakfast was fantastic.

A classic Comfort Inn, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and clean linens, efficient elevator, clean and organized breakfast area, microwave available in breakfast area but not in the room I was in, refrigerator was in room. Pool water was very warm and felt great, pool is very spacious and clean.

This Comfort Inn is tricky to find — it’s next to a shopping center but not IN the shopping center. You turn off a side road that meets a main highway, then immediately look for a tiny sign that says “Comfort Inn,” with an arrow pointing you onto a long, curving driveway into the hotel parking lot. This actually gives a secluded feeling to the property, and spares you the traffic noise and difficulty exiting that many hotels have if they’re right on a main road. The rooms are a bit out of date but well maintained. The manager informed us that the entire property is due for a complete renovation in 2 years.

Great service!
Nice big room! But the extra gem was the night auditor! Somehow my key card lost its ability to let me in my room but this super friendly and helpful gentleman helped me out even though it was nearly midnight and he was at the counter when I left out early the next day with a smile on his face! What a great team member!
