Nice very close to Hershey Park

Shuttle to park very convienant, though had to ask for toilet paper didn't give extra and breakfast was good, lots of options

Never again

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I will never come back again. The front desk staff is slow, doesn't listen to what you are saying, and offered no incentives to return. When I first arrived to check in, I was told I never made a reservation. After 20 minutes of repeating myself, it was the front desk check in staff that was spelling my name wrong (hence the not listening part). Then, when I said I booked though Expedia, I was advised by staff and management to never book with them, they are terrible and don't care about the customer. Clearly they were too blind to see their own people. The room had a lot of mold in the ac unit and bathroom. Apparently that's part of the decoration, according to the front desk (not listening again). Didn't offer to move my family to a cleaner room or give me back some money. I even got a phone call that I left my bag at the hotel after check out. I gave them my room number more than enough times (not listening again) but they insisted it was mine. Later that day, after they obtained my credit card information to pay the shipping, they realized the bag belonged to a different room. They were about to send me a bag full of someone else's personal information, due to their staff NOT LISTENING. I wouldn't trust these people with my stuff, let alone handling my food. For the amount of money they charge to be close to Hershey, I recommend going someplace else.

Christina, Allow me to address your concerns. When booking through Expedia, Expedia electronically sends your reservation to the hotel, the hotel does not put your information into their reservation system. We go above and beyond the usual to get lost items back to the guest. Most hotels put it in a lost and found and wait for the guest to call to return it to them, we go the extra step I am a little confused on why you would offer to pay for an item that did not belong to you. I hope we have addressed your concerns and you have a better understanding of how things work on the hotel side. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Nice hotel with a free shuttle to Hershey

Nice hotel with a free shuttle to Hershey. They have a nice cocoa smell through the hallways. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub too. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel , close to Hershey park

Great Hotel , 5 minutes away driving from Hershey park . Clean rooms , nice staff , free breakfast included plus swimming pool and little gym . It was our 2nd year in row staying there ... most likely we will stay in that Hotel in future

Nice location - walking distance to many eateries

Pros: Great mattresses, good location.
Cons: Making sure guests get all information in timely manner.
Great beds! Very comfortable. Stayed 2 nights, only negative was first morning when we arrived for breakfast at 10a. I found the cooler with yogurt locked. When I asked, the young man said breakfast was over at 10. The shuttle driver had told us the breakfast was until 11a. I commented how good that was to have it run until that time since we're not early risers. Then he said it was on the paper I got at check-in. I told him I hadn't received any papers. (Had booked and pre-paid online.) the disturbing part of this is that he didn't even pretend to care! Even the juice machine had been locked. We were able to grab a piece of cold French toast before they were taken away. I finally asked the front desk for the paper I should have received the night before and sure enough, it stated breakfast until 10. My day did not start off very well!

Chris, Sorry for the misunderstanding. Breakfast is indeed over at 10am and is both expressed verbally and on the paper upon check in. It does not matter if you book online, or over the phone, everyone gets the paper as it also has your WIFI information on it. Again, we are sorry for the confusion.

Front desk staff were always nice and welcoming, no matter what noises my little 2 year old monkey was making. Shuttle was prompt, breakfast was substantial and we were provided a list of local restaurants with some personal recommendations. If we go back to Hershey, we'll likely stay here again.

Good location

Great location. Pleasant personnel. Clean.Small bathroom. Sink in room with one mirror over little sink. Expected a little more for price, but understand the location demands that price. Tried cheaper in area, scary.

Good hotel near Hershey Park

Very good quality compared to the price. Breakfast time can be very crowded depending if it is the weekend Very convenient shuttle to go to Hershey park.

Close to Hershey Park & Chocolate World

The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle to Hershey Park & Chocolate World which is really great, you don't have to worry about parking and it drops you off right in front of Chocolate World. We did have to wait a pretty long time at the end of the day to get back to the hotel because there is only one shuttle bus and most of the guests stay until the park close, but they really try to get you back as quickly as possible.

Convienent and clean

Very clean. Chocolate smell in hallways delightful. Indoor pool. Amazing breakfast. Close to the Hershey Lodge. Good price this time of the year. Staff very friendly. This is the second year that I have stayed there and will return again.
