Sir, you were not downgraded, you were given a room of the same value. Unfortunately, it was a busy sold-out night, and we had no kings available, and a room with a queen is the same value as a king. We do only clean stayovers room every other day unless requested otherwise, but we do pick up trash every day on a regular basis. We have people that clean the hotel every day and if we feel as though someone is smoking anything in their room we do knock on the door and explain the smoking policy as well as charging the guest. I do apologize that your stay was not as great as we try to make everyone's stay. Hopefully next time we can make it right.

I do apologize for these issues. It was a rather busy weekend, and we did contact parents about their children making noise, but I apologize for the inconvenience. Our elevators are safe I can assure you we get regular maintenance checks on them.
