Nice hotel

I like that hotel for money you pay. Close to Hershey chocolate factory, downtown and other eateries. There's no elevator but I don't think it is so much necessary since it is 3 storey building. Breakfast was nice with variety of choices Would stay again there for sure

Nice hotel if you plan on just staying the night and not spending a ton of time in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was small, but nice.

Ok for one night

Pros: Location
Cons: Coordintation of staff
Location: Hershey
Room was not available after I cheked in. Once I returned to the room, I had to ask to have the room changed because of conditons in the room. Second room was better. The staff was helpful.

Damaged and Broken

Check-in was slow due to employee asking for help with computer and small talk with other customers behind me. When I got to the room, the television didn't work. So I grabbed the phone, but it didn't work. I called from my cellphone. They showed up soon and it was the remote even though it still wouldn't turn on with the side button on the television. Lots on damaged around the room. Arm of chair was torn down to cotton filling, wall had a large scratch across it and entertainment center had been damaged and it was not sanded down, just stained over the scratch with the wrong color stain. Also seen some kind of large bug crawling around the wall, even though I saw only one. Rate is to expensive for condition.

Nice hotel close to Hershyepark and Indio Echo Cav

Breakfast was great, staff very friendly, rooms were ok, no microwave just a frigde in the room.

Nice Hotel Close to Hershey Attractions

Pros: Free Breakfast and Location
Cons: No Automatic Front. Lobby Doors for Handicap Access Microwave and Coffee maker in Rooms Tight space near sink due to Hair dryer mounting Info in room
Location: Close to all Hershey Attractions (less than 5 minute drive)
Staff was very pleasant Nice location and Clean Rooms Nice "FREE" breakfast and Breakfast area. Eggs, Sausage, Waffles, Pancakes, Toast, Bagels, Muffins, Cereals and Beverages, Nice selection and tasty! Just ask at desk if any large groups are staying as when we were there a couple of school bands stayed and of course they all showed up for breakfast when we did which really slowed things down. There is no elevator so let them know if you cannot do stairs and they will accomodate to main floor. All in All Excellent place to stay!!

A Good Hotel

We went to this hotel after leaving the one we had booked online. So glad we took a chance on this hotel. It was clean. Big room. Convenient. It was a great price and well worth the money we paid. If you must go to Hershey, stay at this hotel.

It was an average not quite up to par

It was about average breakfast was never on time had to request extra towels twice in a three day stay good enough for one I was wanting

Average Hotel

Pros: It was close to my destination
Cons: I entered the hotel thru a rear stairwell because it was close to my room. Each time I used that entrance there was a foul odor present.
Location: i used it for the annual AACA meet in Hershey. City offers chocolate world and a zoo which aren't open in October
Check in was smooth. Room was nice, cleaning staff did an ok job.

Room was not vacuumed while I was there; three days crumbs on floor by the sofa. Clothes line broken in shower. Room door lock was repaired;did not appear adequate to secure room. Side door not secured. Could just walk in, no need to access door with room key. Workout room poor. Treadmill broken- remained in sharp incline position. Elliptical trainer, arms loose. Poor set up
