Ample free parking , convenient for motorways In hotel restaurant and bar , twin rooms, great breakfast with good choice. Good locaton backing on to a canal with several dining choices nearby .

When we arrived we were greeted with the car park full of a mountain of beds and mattresses it looked like you had taken out asylum seekers and replaced them with us.Not what I expected from a hotel group such as yours.I doubt I will ever stay in one of your hotels again.

This hotel is well-placed for easy access to central London - a 30 minute inexpensive train ride from the station just across the road. Local shopping available, plus several dining options.

Weekend break
The hotel was reasonable clean, the staff was ok. The breakfast become very boring it the same thing everyday. They hotel was very busy, and they kept running out of food and juices, you had to wait for staff to bring more food out., also ran out of cutlery and have to wait for that too. I had to ask a member of the staff to clean a table so we can sit to eat our breakfast, she said couple of minutes 10 minutes later we was still waiting so I clean the table myself. Then the member of staff came and said sorry the lady who meant to be cleaning the table is on her break, I said really, at the busyest time in the morning, this is ridiculous. I do under that the hotel gets very busy, but I think it's bad management, they should be keeping an eye on stock level. Having to wait for cutlery is just bad.

We loved everything about the Holiday Inn Express, we have stayed twice before! Our room was fantastic although we didn’t need it serviced as we do it all ourselves but when we ask for anything what we need to be replenished, no problem whatsoever! You could do with a handle to get us up off the toilet!!!!

Don’t bother with breakfast
Hotel fine, basic, but fine. Breakfast awful, drinks from a machine, pressed for Latte but no milk in the machine, tasted awful. Had an Orange juice that was so watered down you could not taste any orange juice in it - disappointed

Meh stay
Happy with parking, and overall wasn’t the worst experience However, the room’s heating/AC was bad, it got too hot and I wasn’t able to turn on the AC despite even looking up a manual online for the model The room was just a little too basic, not awful but not great, no bath, and the pressure of the shower was lacking big time The bed was too firm but pillows were nice The breakfast was disappointing, £9.99 and no hashbrowns, no mushrooms, no tomatoes, just a bit meh really. Overall it wasn’t great but it did the job I suppose, it could’ve been a lot worse, I just wasn’t overly impressed Expensive for what you get

Good all round
Hotel was fine for our needs as a family of 4. Rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed, apart from a bath which would have been good for our 2 year who is terrified of the shower but it was no big deal and in fairness, I didn’t request one. Friendly and helpful staff and no issues getting a parking space or table for breakfast - helpful sign in the lift telling you the busiest times.

Good decent hotel
Great stay for one night. Check in super quick and friendly welcome. No issues with parking. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was a little manic but that was due to the volume of people. Only issue was the hairdryer was in need of a good clean

Close to HPW.
Staff were brilliant. Helen was very informative. All the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the sofa bed wasnt comfortable for the kids but an extra duvet helpped to cushion it. Good selection of buffet for breakfast which was kept well stocked. Staff were amazing with our daughters especially as one was her birthday. Close to the warner brothers tour london and worth a visit.
