"I chose Maxim Hotel because I went to Israel to volunteer. The staff creates a very warm, homelike environment for its guests. Breakfast has good selections although it does not change much from day to day. The management is very accomodating with special requests. Parking is limited, but free when available. Rooms have fridge and water kettles. Highly recommend for people coming to Tel Aviv with a mission like volunteering. Also it is right along the Mediterranean where you will see amazing sunsets."

"The hotel is at a very good location, just one block from the beach, near restaurants, shops, services. Staff is amazing: very approachable, accommodating, friendly. A complimentary continental breakfast is available every morning. Rooms are spacious, clean. The small issues at the hotel (quality of the bed, pillows, and towels) do not interfere with our assessment. Very good option for a fair price."

"The Royal Beach was an amazing experience. The staff at the front desk and the morning dining were both beyond hospitable and all about ensuring a positive experience. Breakfast was very classic Israeli (delicious!) and the location is perfect - central to the beach, sunsets amd walks into town or jogs over to Jaffa. Finally, the place os clean, modern amd quiet. I highly recommend!!"

"The hotel is not well maintained and missing much like breakfast, workout room, pool, bar with alcohol... but location is great near a shopping mall, restaurants, walkable to the beach -- maybe 15 min walk and overall teh price is very reasonable. Housekeepers clean the room daily and change the beddings unlike five stars hotel. Staff are very kind. "
