My only comment would be things weren’t super clean upon our arrival - mainly kitchen items (ie. coffee pot) and the living room floor had a decent amount of dog hair all over. "

The downside was that the alley behind the house is home to large dumpsters that had a LOUD garbage pickup at 5:45 and multiple deliveries around that same time. The windows are not sound proof and they were loud enough to hear over our sound machine.
