The room was adequate although it has seen better days. Had to share the soap between the bathroom sink and tub. Breakfast was a disappointment. All processed foods, packaged muffins-donuts-cinnamon swirls. Waffle machine burnt waffle and then ran out of batter. Artificial orange juice and no fresh fruit. Coffee was OK.

Well staff was training a person that had no experience and had trouble catching on.it was a little overpriced,had bad vibes,hotel needs renovationed, a plane cloths came up to company prettymuch asked if the had business there.

The safety was not working. The building is too old. There were roaches in all 3 rooms that I reserved.

Safety lock on door entry was broken off as if the door had been kicked in and the lock on the bathroom door was also missing, the frame too was cracked as if kicked in. Overall appearance of facility not appealing from outside, at first I thought it was closed down. Very disappointed and feel the price was exorbitant for this property.

Disappointing
There was no one at the front desk when I arrived and I tried using their intercom, and talking through the speaker on the window and end up waiting 20min before anyone showed up to check me in. When she did arrive she was unpleasant and rude and not welcoming. The room seemed to be overall clean, though I did not feel safe as the deadbolt did not work, and the lock above was questionable as seen in the photos. I had to put chairs up against the door to ensure that I was safer than I would be if I just relied on the one lock. I would advise against anyone else going to this hotel and I won’t be back.

The rooms aren't very clean and slightly run down, the outside is also slightly run down. The pool area was the nicest part of the entire place. Breakfast has very little to choose from.

Would not recommend!
The lady checking us was nice, but the man checking us out needs customer service training. He had ZERO customer service with no eye contact. We had 4 adults and 1 child and only 3 bath towels, one shampoo, no conditioner and one soap. Room smelled musty and the breakfast was all sweets! Would not recommend.

The property was outdated, dirty and smelly. The morning female staff did give me another room that was a bit cleaner and did not smell as bad. They refused to give me a refund, not even a partial refund, so we stayed the 3 nights, we did not have other options. The evening male staff was racist and rude. He yelled at me through out he conversation, telling me I must not understand English. The breafast pictures were not accurate. I will not stay here again. This was my worst hotel experience in my 25 years of traveling and staying at varies properties.

Camping might be cleaner
This was an awful stay. Shame on Hotels.com for offering this accomodation. It looks awful from the outside and just as bad inside, which was nasty, unclean. Toilet had ring of mold. Corners of bathroom floor had accumulated debris and needed sweeping. Tub was not clean. Even alarm clock had visible layer of dust. Bed was not freshly made. The a/c unit was noisy. Everytime it turned off it made a loud gradual whistling and groaning sound. Don't think this room had been booked in awhile. I slept in my street clothes and washed everything I had taken with me when I got home. Also permanent/long term residents appear to be living there. All the room doors had dents as if a hurricane had come through or the doors had been kicked in. Whole environment felt unsafe. Needless to say we avoided breakfast.

It was very close to the hospital where my great grandson was born. It was a short drive across the bridge.

Nearby race track and a couple had a loud fight at 3 am. The toilet was loose and the faucet dripped constantly in the tub. The bed was comfortable.

Although mentioned availability of breakfast on website, there was none. As we left the staff said, “Oh, we would have brought you a bag if you had asked.” Nasty lobby and front; repairs needed. Advertised a pool on the marque, but empty and nasty. Don’t recommend!
