Beware of this place!

Expedia experience very satisfactory, but when I booked, made a mistake on the arrival day. Called hotel and explained; person who answered phone said would be ok to arrive a day early. When I arrived, the man at the desk was totally uncooperative. He said I would have to call Expedia and that he could do nothing for me. This is an outright lie; he could have given me the room without Expedia approval. Even though I didn't get in a room this time, had stayed there four years ago. It was a borderline dump then and from the present outside appearance, it has deteriorated since then.
