“Clean room and great breakfast”

“Computers were down and manager out of town so the office worker made a copy of my credit card. I’m still freaking out about that. Refrigerator was broken and it took them three days to replace it. I room was never cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels. Only one working lightbulb in the bathroom”

“This property has not been well maintained . There was a hot shower and bed . But I wouldn’t stay there again .”

“Our shower had zero pressure, when the front desk was made aware of it their answer was jeee I’m sorry. Two adults and kids and the shower would not function. Not impressed”

“The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”
