Thank you for your review. I am glad that our staff was able to assist you to a non-smoking room even though you booked a smoking room. Our hotel does offer a continental breakfast based on Wyndham's standards of coffee, juice, yogurt, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, breads, and waffles. Have safe travels!

Why pay a ton when this facility has everything the pricier options have? Plus the back of the property has a LOVELY yard that backs to a woods that was fabulous for my dog and I! The owner is wonderful and kind. Come visit!

Nothing really special to say. It's a super 8 so it's nothing extravagant. It was very clean staff was very friendly bed was pretty comfortable plenty of water pressure in the shower. So if we're a quick overnight stop on a travel it wasn't bad

Bitter cold night, this hotel provided a quite safe night rest plus a continental breakfast with much needed coffee.

Worst stay of my life
The clerk cancelled our reservation one hour before we arrived (7:30) and would not reinstate it. We will have to dispute the charge. The room was filthy and smelling of smoke. Even the wall plug for the hair dryer was covered in filth.

Very disappointed!
I am on a tight budget and search carefully for the most economical deal for lodging. We are traveling with a cat so we search for pet friendly hotels. This hotel turned out to be a great disappointment because I was quoted a price which was a nonrefundable price but when I arrived I was told that I owed an addy $16 for my cat. This additional fee was not ever disclosed until I checked in. This turned out to make this stay much more expensive than we planned. Most budget hotels such as motel 6 and red roof do not charge an additional fee so I am sorry that I chose this hotel. It was also disappointing in that we only had one queen bed rather than a king. Although the fee quoted was economical I do not feel that I got good value. It was not a very nice room or breakfast. The food (waffle, biscuit, sausage gravy) all tasted sour and the coffee was terrible. I left with a very negative feeling and I doubt that I will ever stay in this brand again. They need to rethink charging so much for a cat!

The rooms are clean and the hotel very quite. Simple breakfast available with cold pastries and a waffle maker, but not much more. That’s fine with me as I don’t need a huge breakfast. Staff is always super nice and accommodating. I stay here a few times a year to visit family.

Weekend from Hell!
When we arrived check-in went well. Got to the room, 267 and the toilet leaked. Upon letting the front desk clerk know, we were informed that there was no maintenance on staff. They would try and get someone in the next day to fix it. Went to dinner, returned to our room and our room keys did not work. Made three trips to the front desk and had no luck. they had to use the housekeeping key. The next day explained to the manager what was going on, asked for a new room, they were all booked. Would try to fix the toilet. Went to spend the day with my ill mother, did not get back to the motel until 8. They had no room and did not fix the toilet. Being elderly ourselves we were concerned about slipping on a wet floor. told they could not fix the toilet while our things were still in there. They never told or even explained that our luggage needed to be removed from the room before they would fix it. It went down hill from there. I traveled 650 miles to see me ill mother and we had nothing but rude attitude. No compensation for the night we spent there. After the comment was made that if we slipped and fell, they would be talking to our lawyer. We were told that they did not want us there. Had to find another hotel for the other nights. Had to travel farther than we wanted. Not a good experince.

I appreciate you leaving feedback regarding our hotel. I apologize we failed to meet your expectations during your visit. Our staff tried to assist you by switching your rooms in a reasonable time, but you did not return to the hotel until 8pm on a sold out night. You also declined the toilet repair, therefore we called and left you a voicemail at 4pm, since that is when you said you would be back to the hotel. We did not receive a call back and then you demanded a room change at 8:15 pm or you would call your attorney. I respectfully declined to take your business due to your behavior. A full refund for the remaining nights was issued at that time along with a copy that I handed you. I sincerely hope you found the lodging accommodations you searched for, as we were unable to meet your expectations. Safe travels.

Rough hotel with possibilities but no bugs.
So this is definitely not a 5/5 like a lot of recent reviews with say. It is a dated hotel that does need attention. This is your typical hotel that has not been kept up with when it comes updating/repairs being done correctly. When we stay at a hotel we rate the property on price, good AC, hot water, safe location and comfortable bed/pillows. This property did have good AC. We had plenty of hot water whenever we wanted it. The bed was very comfortable but needed a couple of more pillows as they were really soft. The location I felt very safe and had a lot of green space to take our dog out and move around. No USB plugs, standard outlets and very limited/dim lighting. Room did have mini fridge and a microwave As for being clean the room could use a good cleaning. Bath/shower head was very dirty, corners in the bathroom floor did need to be cleaned better but really needed to be replaced, also the carpet did have lots of spots/stains, wasn't dirty just areas that something that had been spilled/damaged. With everything that I have stated about this property I would still come back for the right price. Nothing I saw here would have kept me from coming back to the property again for one more stay.
