Nice comfortable hotel

Posted Feb 17, 2017
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room, spacious too. Fabulous choice for breakfast.
Cons: bar staff bit slow and inattentive
Location: central location in Spa within walking distance of shops, restaurants etc
Very relaxing, quiet and elegant hotel in Spa, Can't comment on the spa as didn't have time to use.

Pleasant modern hotel, a little lacking in character, with good facilities and a good breakfast (although more guests than the buffet facilities could easily accommodate).

Direct access to the Spa

Posted Aug 27, 2015
As well as a discount on a full day Spa pass, you also get a private funicular from inside the hotel to the Spa. You can ride up in your hotel provided bath robe.....

Spa Treat

Posted Aug 4, 2015
Great location with free parking outside or underground garaging for a cost. The access to the Spa is the main attraction allowing you to go there in your gown from your hotel room. Breakfast was a good spread.

great location, hotel staff disappointing

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: staff
Location: the location of this hotel was 1st class in the town centre, for the family there is mini golf next door
The hotel is in a great location with the added bonus of parking. We were disappointed at both check in and check out with the staff, there was not a smile in sight not did they seem interested. The room was nice and clean but here was no complimentary bottles of water, the prices of this in the mini bar was excessively priced. The charge of 25 euros for a roll out bed for our son was a joke and this was not on the booking, when I emailed the hotel to confirm that there would be 3 in our room they made no mention of this charge. When we came to check out and we queried this all the Receptionist could do was to offer us a hefty sigh and the inconvenience we were obviously causing her.

Lovely stay in Spa

Posted May 19, 2015
We spent 2 nights in this hotel - on the 4th floor in a junior suite. These rooms are lovely and have their own balcony (although you can see the other guests so not entirely private). Breakfasts were good with buffet service, incl eggs and bacon. The only negatives were the fruit juices which were not freshly squeezed (unless they were watered down) and we seemed to be hunting for things on the first morning and I thought the organisation could be improved but this was a very minor niggle). Our room wasn't ready for us at 3 and it was well after that until they were happy it had been properly cleaned. However they gave us vouchers for two drinks and paid out parking (3 days at 18€) so we were happy! We ate in the restaurant and the food was good although the waitress didn't seem very interested. We also used the Thermes spa which has a private cable car for hotel residents. We paid 25€ each for all day access plus 86€ for two treatments. We loved the saunas , the quiet 'wooden' room with the rockers / ultra violet light and the infra red beds by the pool. The pool itself was quite busy and I was a bit disappointed as the view from the top was blocked by trees.

Nice hotel ideal for Spa Franchorchamp circuit

Posted Jul 22, 2014
A well located hotel finished to a good standard. Overall it was a pleasant stay although we found the bar staff slow and tried to charge us for drinks we didn't have on a couple of occasions.

Nice new looking modern hotel

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Cons: beds....... air-con
Overall nice hotel, very tight parking garage if you have a large car, nice facilities but the beds are rock hard and difficult to get a good nights sleep on,and the air conditioning is non existant, its more like a warm fan at best, we had 4 rooms booked and all had the same issues so not a 1 off case...All staff very polite..

Lovely town, great base for a Spa track day.

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: Clean, great location
Cons: Restaurant staff could show a little interest.
Location: Oldest Casino in the world, Spa baths, Spa circuit.
Went for two nights, very nice clean hotel. Food average, staff friendly though restaurant staff a little ambivalent. Lovely town to look around check out Stavelot if you have time and then drive around and around Spa it is an amazing circuit.

I was looking for a nice overnight getaway and I truly found it. The rooms were great, breakfast was nice and not to mention the access to the spa.
