Toplocatie - een adres om te onthouden

We verbleven 2 nachten met ontbijt in dit hotel. Een heel rustige, ruime kamer met een groot bed. Alles piekfijn in orde. Een ontbijt om "U" tegen te zeggen. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel dat vlot Nederlands sprak. Topervaring!

Good place for spa

Pros: It is a good place for spa and I like to stay longer if I like spa more.
Cons: Check in and check our need to wait longer as less efficiency.

Wir kommen immer wieder.

Wir waren schon mehrmals Gast in diesem Hotel und kommen immer wieder gerne wieder. Freundliches Personal, gute Zimmer und eine gute Lage. Die angeschlossene Therme ist auf jeden Fall auch einen Besuch wert (bei uns immer fest eingeplant). Kleiner Hinweis: wir sind in der Regel zum Trackday in Spa auf der Rennstrecke und haben dementsprechend auch ein sportliches Auto dabei. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage, die aber nicht so einfach zu befahren ist. Vor allem mit größeren oder sehr tiefen Autos geht es nur mit Einweiser. Alternativ gibt es aber auch einen großen Schotterparkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Took a long time to check in due to training of staff, not a great time to do it after the F1 race. Car parking was a nightmare couldn't make it into the underground facilities. No info about breakfast. Good restaurant next door though.

In het centrum gelegen en rustig

Pros: De kabelbaan en ontbijt
Cons: Kamers upgraden?
1 keer is leuk, de kamers zijn zeker schoon. Parkeren voor het hotel is gratis anders kost het 18 euro voor ondergronds parkeren. Ontbijt is heel netjes en redelijk uitgebreid. De omgeving is mooi, markt, bronnen van Spa. Alleen de Spa thermen verder in geweest.

Great Location. Right in the center. Great and easy access to the Thermes de Spa through the funicular to which the guests have special access. Parking could get tricky, so please check with the reception wherever you park. Their own garage parking is expensive. Neat room. The bed could've been better though - it was too springy for our taste. The breakfast was good, but the restaurant (breakfast,lunch,dinner) could have more veggie options. Then we'd give it 5 stars on food as well.

nice stay but overpriced

We stayed one week in Spa to enjoy the thermae. the hotel has a dedicated access to the baths via the funicolar, basically we went out of the room in bathrobe and went directly to the spa! cool! Nevertheless I was a bit disappointed by the service. One day they forgot to clean the room, and it happened twice that I couldn't reach the reception by telephone. too busy? telephone line fault? in general I found a limited attention to the details, e.g. in the bathroom of the room the sealing of the bath screen was leaking and every time I had a shower, the floor got flooded.
