"Love the room decor"

"The moment you enter the hotel you are engulfed in a bubble of lovely scented fragrances all the way to your room. The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful. I stayed in the executive room. My wife loved the bed, took a while to get her to wake up, lol. The wash room was clean and the soaps and body lotion was on point! Blinding curtains, a mini fridge, complimentary water, breakfast coffee, Lovely semi sofa chairs (great for couple's,lol). Also to add the place is noise free and has a relaxing ambiance. Definitely recommend! "

"My partner and I booked a standard family room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, the view from the window was really good and you could see all of Nottingham. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the stay and offered to keep our bags after check out for an extra £2 which helped for transport times. We tried the food in the lobby (pollo pizza) which was made fresh and tasted good, the price was £15 which might be a lot of a pizza but I think worth it. The local area around the hotel was calm and safe, with lots of business around e.g., tesco, pubs, sainsbury's, cinemas and town centre. The bathroom was a bit small but not an issue for such a small stay. Overall, definitely worth the money as it was cheap but good standards "

"From the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash. David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him. This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit Nottingham. "

"Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any time.... Overall though,not a bad stay abd rooms were nice and quiet and comfortable which is the most important thing. "

"This was our 2nd visit this year, this time with the kids. Room was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. The room was very clean and the kids loved the sofa bed although for erratic sleepers we had to pillows down so they didn't fall out."

"Clean, comfy apartment. Well stocked tea and coffee. Very quiet location so the best sleep I've had in years. Socket near the bed. Shower and TV worked. Didn't try the microwave but no reason to think it wouldn't work. Only downside was the kettle was in the bedroom with the bathroom off it. So i had to wait for other person to wake before going for a pee and making a coffee. I'd absolutely recommend this place. If I'm back in Nottingham, I'd book again!"

"Lovely property. Nice and clean. Great range of features in the room including oven, microwave and fridge. Extremely comfy bed, and great aircon system for keeping cool. Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay."

"Prices were very low and safe. There is a fast food restaurant nearby, which is convenient. Note that there was shampoo and soap, but no amenities such as hairdryers or toothbrushes. No air-conditioning, which can be a bit painful in hot weather. Heat can easily build up. Also, note that this is an accommodation for international students who stay here for more than a few months, and it is rare to find a guest like me on Expedia who only stays for 3-4 days and uses it like a hotel. "

"Unhabitable!! Some of the issues we reported! Mould in the bathroom, stains on the bedroom floors, existing damage to the kitchen worktops, signs & symptoms (gurgling) of kitchen sink becoming blocked, patch repairs on the walls and tv remote control missing its back plate and batteries. Shower tray was allowing water to escape resulting in puddles of water on the floor after each person showers and therefore becoming a slip hazard. Shower head leaking and water temperature fluctuating constantly between scolding hot and freezing cold, was a real concerns as we had children with us. One bedroom radiator not working resulting in our children waking up to a freezing cold room. Kitchen extractor hood drips grease as you cook. Kitchen equipment was lacking, e.g. 1 fork for a family of 4! The staff at Prim Short Stays were helpful and did their best to help with some of the issues we identified. To add to our distress, my wife with the kids returned one afternoon to the property to find the door open and a stranger in the property. Having confronted the individual, it was the maintenance team that have been sent to resolve the problems we reported. We were given no prior notice by Prim Short Stays. We immediately raised the issue with Prim Short Stays as this was totally unacceptable and are still waiting to hear back from their management team! Holiday ruined, caused the family undue stress, property needs serious remidal work. Totally unacceptable for what we paid. "
