Very disappointed that when calling Saint John location to book I could not get card to work so I called toll free telephone number and customer service asked what I was quoted I told them and they could not understand why and booked me it was 72.00 and found out it was us exchange I called back right away and was charged 20.00 cancellations charges and rebooked online which worked . Upon arrival I asked about a room to have a private meeting with a client for 40 minutes and was charged another 100.00 plus tax after my meeting I ran out to mall and when arriving back had to drive around lot to find a parking spot and went into desk and was told to park in no parking spot at front doors as the hockey game next door filled up the spots in room you could not adjust heat so room was very hot all night And would I come back after first stay No i usually stay next door at holiday inn and thought I would give your place a try also online said breakfast was included which it was not
