Nice hotel - a bit noisy because of a party in the Conference Centre at the back

Average hotel

Posted Sep 11, 2017
Pros: Proximity to train station, which made it easy to get to from Euston
Cons: Decor needs updating and bathroom needed re-vamping
We stayed for one night. The overall experience was quite good but we feel that the hotel is looking very tired and in need of updating, especially on the upper floors. The beds were very comfy and bar prices were reasonable. It is a 2 minute walk from South Ruislip Station, which is very convenient

Good access to London for a reasonable price

Posted Aug 24, 2017
Pros: Easy access to the underground and free parking
Cons: Ensure breakfast items are available for the whole of its service. Arriving in the last half hour meant much had been eaten or taken for lunches!
Location: My only comment would be the ease of access to the Underground which gave us the perfect base to do London
Ask to be moved if you are allocated room 101, its right next to the laundry cupboard and you'll be subjected to an 8am mothers meeting for about half an hour every morning. Whilst breakfast is served until 10 if you get down late you'll not find much bread or croissants as everyone else has taken these for their packed lunch! In the room it says the residents bar is open till 1am, though upon arrival one night at 11:30pm despite night staff on site this was refused. A bit disappointing following a long day out and a long journey back from East London on the Tube. All that said, you are 1 minute from South Ruislip tube giving great access to London, you've free parking and the room was quite comfortable.

Convenient for central London

Posted Jul 21, 2017
Pros: Very close to M25 Car parking on site Underground station next door Clean and tidy with good sized rooms. Bar area and places to eat Breakfast inc.
Cons: No issues at all. We are regular guests and will be coming again.
This is about the fifth or sixth time we have stayed at this hotel. It doesn't disappoint. Room sizes for London area are good. Driving there is easy as it is very close to M25. Car parking on site and underground station next door so easy to travel to central London and takes about 40 minutes. Continental Breakfast included and you can eat in the hotel restaurant which has either Italian or Indian food. There are also plenty of other places to eat in the vicinity including pub next door, several take-aways and a sainsburys store just over the road. There are lots of shops nearby including hairdressers and beauty salon, Post Office, convenience stores etc. There is a bar in the hotel. The hotel isn't huge but there is a lift to get to upper floors. Generally well-kept and clean with good facilities. Tea and coffee making and hairdryer in all rooms.

Great position for Wembley.

Posted Jul 8, 2017
Pros: The position, helpful staff, lovely continental breakfast with fresh fruits and yogurt.
Cons: The booking from expedia did not get through... this was sorted by the hotel.
Location: Main reason to go to Wembley for Adele concert. Great when we left as it was a smaller queue for the train - just 2 stops. Sightseeing in London.
Shared room for 3 friends for our trip to see Adele. Fabulous location next to the train, quieter room at the back with local convenience store and a few places to grab a bite to eat. Friendly and helpful staff.
