If you require dead silence from adjoining rooms the this is not the place to stay. We could hear footsteps from the room above and murmuring of people talking nearby. It wasn't too bad though. Would probably use again.

Handy for London, close to Brunel University

Posted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly
Cons: More teabags and milk in the rooms
Location: This hotel is very handy for London, it is a 30 - 40 minute train ride from the tube in Uxbridge to Baker Street station.
This hotel was very clean, tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Lovely welcoming hotel

We stayed in a family room. The food was lovely and the staff were wonderful. Welcoming and happy. I was worried that there might be noise from the pub, but there was none. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the Red Lion

Posted Nov 10, 2011
A friend recommended this hotel to my wife and, as we were going to a reunion in Northolt, we thought we would give it a try. Very pleased indeed. There was some building work going on to the hotel exterior with scaffolding etc but this didn't spoil our stay. The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in, breakfast was excellent, the staff were all friendly and very helpful and there was plenty of safe parking. It's a 15 minute stroll to Uxbridge tube station if you want to go into central London, the journey takes about 45 minutes. If I ever visit west London again I wouldn't hesitate in staying at the Red Lion again.
